Challenge: Design a book cover for Chemeketa Press. This book is a collection of “weird literature” that features different genres with the most prominent being feminism, environmentalism, and transhumanism.
Solution: I designed a book cover that focused on an illustration that contained the three main genres the book focuses on–I wanted a strong sense of symbolism behind the illustration. Typography and layout was thoughtfully considered to make a clear and engaging book cover.
